Andy ensures each item is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. All artworks are made-to-order which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an artwork, its colours, scale, or materials, we are always happy to help before you place your order.

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All items are professionally packed and shipped with care. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

To process a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging (including any damage to the exterior)
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue
